Everything is top quality from the USDA CHOICE flank steak, the local Buffalo and all natural Pork from Hickory Nut Gap farm. We are locals feeding locals. We are not a chain, we are not a franchise that opens all of its food from a bag. We are a real restaurant doing things the old fashioned way—the right way. We roast roma tomatoes and fresh tomatillos for our house salsas, we make our own ranch dressing, our margarita mix, our own fish dredge for the sushi-grade Tilapia we use for our famous fish tacos.
